WHAT YOU WILL DO

What you will do

Edit raw footage into clear, engaging short-form videos.
Structure videos with a strong hook, informative body, and clear call to action.
Add accurate, mobile-friendly subtitles.
Apply approved branding, intros, outros, and visual style.
Submit every video for review before publishing.
Complete requested revisions promptly and accurately.
Upload approved files to the designated company storage folder.
Notify the relevant manager when content is ready for approval.
Manage or schedule social-media posts after approval.
Keep project files organised and protect confidential production materials.

SUCCESS MEASURES

How success is measured

Produce at least five completed videos per week.
Deliver an initial edit within 24 hours of receiving raw content.
Complete requested revisions within 24 hours.
Follow approved creative briefs and brand guidelines.
Maintain accurate subtitles and strong mobile presentation.
Target an average engagement rate of at least 5% per video.
Target an average watch rate of at least 30% per video.
Participate in weekly performance and content-review check-ins.
Deliver consistently without sacrificing quality.
